For centuries Tai Chi has been used by people to achieve health and well-being with movements that are balanced, slow and graceful. Be guided by trained instructors in these movements. Our Tai Chi program aims to deliver a place where participants can interact in a social environment while engaging in fitness.

When:
Monday – (at Enfield Community Centre) from 10am – 11am.
Wednesday – 9:30am – 10:30am Beginners Class [others welcome]
Wednesday – 10:45am – 11:45am
Friday – 10.15am – 11.15am – Beginners Only
Friday – 11:30am – 12:30pm.

Cost: $7 per session.
