Tai Chi for Health

For centuries Tai Chi has been used by people to achieve health and well-being with movements that are balanced, slow and graceful. Be guided by trained instructors in these movements. Our Tai Chi program aims to deliver a place where participants can interact in a social environment while engaging in fitness.

When:

Monday – 10am to 11am (Enfield Community Centre)
Wednesday – 9:30am to 10:30am (NECH)
Wednesday – 10:45am to 11:45am (NECH)
Friday – 8.45am – 9.45am | Beginners only (NECH)
Friday – 10am to 11am and 11.15am to 12.15pm (NECH)

Cost: $7 per session
